I hope you all had a wonderful thanksgiving. We had a very laid back and nontraditional day at the Revell home. It was truly wonderful.

In the spirit of the holidays I am offering one day only half price gift certificates, up to $1000. These extra special gift certificates will be good for anything, sessions or prints, even session albums. (the exception here is canvases and coffee table books) They must be used between January and June of 2007. There will only be 4 available and they will be on a first come first served basis. Twins!

I'll be honest here, I have been wanting to photograph newborn twins for as long as I can remember. I finally got my wish. These boy/girl twins were 2 weeks old and so cuddly. Pure joy.

Adoption is a wonderful thing.

What makes a family? Seems like a simple question huh?


Sometimes you find them and sometimes they find you. I love seeing families come together through adoption. I am adopted. It's the best thing that ever happened to me. My mom is the greatest gift to me. There is no doubt in my mind or hers that we were meant to be a family.


I had the honor of photographing this family. It was such a blessing to see first hand how one little angel from another country can make a family. I can say for sure that we wore her out with this shoot, but it was so worth it.

Maternity and newborn models needed.

As I am curretnly updating my website and galleries, I would like to update my maternity and newborn galleries with some fun, fresh new looks, I am looking for a few models.

If you are between 27 and 32 weeks pregnant, have a baby less than 2 weeks old, or are expecting a baby after the date of November 18th and would like a complimentary session, please contact me as soon as possible. I am only going to take 2 or 3 sessions for each, so it will be "first come, first served."

I love this holiday. Dressing up and being someone different. How fun.

Things are very busy here and that is a good, no a great thing. I have only about 2 more openings left for sessions that will have guaranteed holiday delivery of prints. Don't miss out, call or e-mail me ASAP it's not too late.

I am making some big changes as well. For starters, I changed my web address. It will now be www.srevellphoto.com Do not worry, as the old address is still ok and will redirect you to the new one. I had to change servers so I can launch a new website coming very soon. All of you and your beautiful families have given me such great images this holiday season how could I not want to refresh my look??

Another big change is I am now offering in person ordering sessions. In person ordering is great if you would like me to come to your home and help you choose wall portraits, galleries, anything. We can go through each image together and even discuss custom collages so it's perfect the first time. It's all part of the custom photography experience that you are investing in. After all, isn't a personal touch one of the reasons you hire a custom portrait photographer? Please contact me and set up your sessions today.

A day in the park.
